Casa San Juan Bed & Breakfast - Merida

Spent Easter at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. the room was clean and tidy with free breakfast included. Loved the location too, just a few minutes away from the lively city center and several bus terminals. Another great aspect was the friendly and accommodating staff, always ready to assist with any inquiries.

There were a couple of issues that could have been better. the shower area needed fixing, as water kept leaking onto the bathroom floor.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my business trip. The location was convenient to access the main street and nearby restaurants. The room had a comfortable bed and was equipped with a decent size bathroom.

My stay was spoiled by the poor hygiene standards. The room had an unpleasant odor and was dirty.

Lovely little bed and breakfast

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely little bed and breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided really good service throughout my stay. Although it was a bit out of the main town, the walk was quite pleasant. The only minor drawback was that check-in was not located at the hotel itself, but at a nearby place, which could have been more clearly indicated. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

Casa San Juan Merida - A Pleasant Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a delightful experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and well worth it considering the spacious rooms and basic amenities provided. Speaking of the rooms, I appreciated that they were on the ground floor, making it convenient for guests with mobility concerns. Another highlight was the location, which was ideal for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't ask for more.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully designed. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the well-ventilated and airy atmosphere of the room. Additionally, the included breakfast was a great bonus, with a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee available.

Everything was satisfactory and there was nothing that needed improvement.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to the city center and local attractions. this was overshadowed by the low quality of the rooms and unsatisfactory customer service. the rooms were dirty, had insects and a foul smell from the pipes. the bathroom lacked toilet paper and the stove in the kitchen didn't work. Although breakfast was enjoyable and filling, the servers were unfriendly.

Value for Money: Staying at this hotel was an absolute steal considering the price we paid for the experience. Attentive Staff: Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thoughtful Details: The hotel's attention to detail, from the clean and spacious rooms to the basic amenities provided, was impressive. Convenient Location: Although slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, we enjoyed the pleasant stroll to and from the hotel.
